Bittersweet Pineapple, Coconut and Dark Chocolate Rounds

Ingredients
  • 1 Whole Fairtrade pineapple, cut into rings
  • 150g 70% dark chocolate
  • 30g desiccated coconut
  • 50g flaked almonds
Instructions
  1. Slice and prepare your pineapple into rings.
  2. Using a Bain-Marie, melt the chocolate.
  3. Once melted, dip the pineapple rings half way.
  4. Sprinkle with coconut and toasted almonds.
  5. Chill in a refrigerator until the chocolate has gone solid.
  6. Eat immediately!
